Teddy Bear Cupcakes

These were made at the weekend for a little boy’s 1st birthday party.

There was a box each of Lemon, Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes, all decorated very simply with brightly coloured teddy bears. These are a new set of cutters and should come in handy for all sorts of events from children’s parties to christenings and baby showers.

For a christening or baby shower, I think they would look very sweet in a traditional pale pink or pale blue with gingham or spotted paper cases to match.

If you wanted to, you could even use an edible ink pen to draw on a tiny face!

  1. The tip I use doesn’t have a make or number on it. It’s a stainless steel sort of wide-tipped star nozzle – that’s probabaly the best way I can describe it!

    1. I think they are made by PME – widely available in the UK, but I’m not sure about the rest of the world!
