This was a very striking cupcake tower I did back in July for a wedding just South of Cambridge.
The whole stand was filled with mini lemon, vanilla and coffee cupcakes. They were decorated with lime, pink and white daisies. The white ones were sprayed with a silvery pearl lustre. I also added some toning non-pareils in pinks and greens.
The top cake was a simple frosted cake, decorated with a posy of flowers, made to match the flowers at the reception.
Mini cupcakes are becoming increasingly popular, as we all try to watch out waistlines and they go a bit further too!
