I have just updated the gluten- and dairy-free cakes I offer with all new recipes. I use Doves Farm flours and baking powder, Pure dairy free spreads, Alpro soya milk and cream and dairy free chocolate. These recipes are different to my regular cakes and are developed for use with these ingredients.
Here is a gluten- and dairy-free vanilla cupcake made at the weekend. My sons pronounced them ‘even better than the regular cupcakes!’ Praise indeed for gluten- and dairy-free, I think.
They look and taste just as good as regular cupcakes,so you don’t need to feel you are missing out.
And below you can see the sponge inside – very light and fluffy. So whether you fancy cupcakes, a Victoria sandwich or a lemon drizzle, you can now have it!
